What do you mean exactly, just to be sure can you edit the OP to explain more about this, and what your intentions are?
If you mean if 5-MeO-DMT base can be made orally active with a B. Caapi or Harmala brew, then apparently yes. It ceases to be appropriately named ayahuasca though, a slightly better way to refer to it would be something like "pharmachacrunahuasca" derived from the name for Diplopterys Cabrerana although that still contains plenty of DMT so it would still be wrong. Better to just say MAOI activated 5-MeO-DMT.
There are people (I think the BL user Dwayne_Hoover) who had positive experiences with this, but it can be quite dangerous and even fatal... and there are also reports to be found of people going through absolute hell. I strongly recommend that you avoid trying this for your own safety. Taking people who succeeded as an example while ignoring the dangers (hypertensive crisis for one!) is foolish and it should not be worth risking your health or life over.
Freebase tryptamines are salted in your stomach because your stomach contains stomach acid that has HCl. It will convert the base and makes it much more possible to absorb it. Supposedly the not-yet-converted base could temporarily irritate the stomach lining and upset it but experiences with that may vary possibly depending on things like stomach content and sensitivity. I am telling this as mere theory or for the future when you want to eat other freebase tryptamines.
You can also salt freebase tryptamines by dumping them in an acidic drink first. That pre-converts it. Orange juice is a possibility but of course there are many more acidic drinks.
DMT, when used pure and administered orally with a MAOI, is reported to be more smoothly accepted by the stomach if dumped in cola first (which contains phosphoric acid next to the carbonic acid that makes it fizz). For some reason this is a favorable form.
It seems Transform closed this assuming that you really meant to make ayahuasca (which by definition is a DMT-containing brew), not that you mean to take 5-MeO-DMT orally in an ayahuasca-like fashion.
If Transform assumes right then there is nothing more to say.
(Also, as he pointed out to me privately, 5-MeO-DMT is active orally. Use the search engine or just google it and you should be able to find doses. A MAOI would unnecessarily increase risks, I'd say.)
