Well, this is from a while back. I haven't seen any reports recently on this substance so I decided it was time. It took me a long time to integrate what actually transpired during the experience, but after playing it back severl times in my head, I'm ready to write about it.
This is only my second trip report as, I have sort of a philisophical thing about talking about these experiences in words but, since we can't just grok it, there no other means.
Setting - big carpetted bathroom in a luxury apartment
A light bulb pipe was prepared with 8mg of the 5-me0-dmt (don't remember if it was the hcl salt or base)
T - 0 - Inhaled all of vaporized product in one big toke and rapidly lay pipe down on sink counter.
T + 5 seconds - Getting intense rush, a bit of white noise vision
T + 10 seconds - Breathing starting to feel labored, my legs feel like they might give out, and I instinctively do a body roll onto carpet.
T + 20 seconds - 25 seconds - last visual field frozen, as if a photograph
T + 30 second - 5 minutes - a consciousness was seeing a plane intersecting with lines at what appeared to be 90 degree angles, it was just there, no interpretation
(later realized that it was my vision from at floor level)
T + 5 minutes - suddenly I see this forest of hairs and pores, oh it's my forearm, I've reintegrated.
First time doing any psychedelic in almost thirty-years and I go to this weird space.
It utterly obliterated my ego. I mean infomation was coming in but it wasn't anything I reconized in this dimention of reality. So (I can't say I) it was observed.
As I have high BP, not sure if I will do this again. Very intense feeling of being smothered in the beginning.
I still enjoyed the experience and had no short term or long term emotional after effects. If i'd get my BP under control I would try it again.
