5-meo-DALT and 2-CE cross tolerance?

Hi bluelight, I used around 40 mg of 5-meo-dalt last night and barely had any level of a trip. I had some mild music enhancement and strangely intense fear of everything. I was wondering if I decided to use 2-CE tonight would I feel any cross-tolerance? Should I use a tiny bit more to compensate or just save it for another night entirely?
 
Just for anyone who was wandering about my question, I went ahead and consumed some 2c-e with my girlfriend last night. I took 12 mg and she took 11 mg, and I can confirm that if there was any raised tolerance it wasn't noticeable at ALL! I actually experienced one of the best trips of my life, the visuals were amazingly bright and intricate and I noticed a comfortable level of profoundness to my thoughts that allowed me to work through a few of my issues and come to several (not necessarily true) realizations about life. When I woke up this morning I finally had the strength to flush my mxe stash.

tl;dr: No noticeable cross tolerance between 5-meo-dalt and 2ce upon dosing on subsequent days.

congrats on flushing your mxe stash. Ive been in a similar situation with mxe before.

Also there is definitley cross tolerance with these 2 chems. 40mg of 5 meo dalt is a very low dose so thats probably why the 2ce worked so well.
 
Hello all !

LONG time reader, beginning to post only just now !

My personal experience says that dosing a tryp and then phen (or vice versa) is almost always possible without noticable trip loss. One of my favorites is an AMT-powered night followed by 2C-E morning !

alantis360, you say 40 mg of 5MeO-DaLT is a low dose ? I established treshhold at 5-7mg and mild plateau at 20mg (fully emotionally open and at ease) for 2-3 hours. Unless there's lots of visual activity in the higher dose range but I wouln't think so ?(Things I have should be (and appear to be) +99%)

Yeah i've always thought that 40 mg was a huge dose. My usual range for 5-meo-dalt usually stays within the region of 10-25 mg. What would a huge dose be then!? 25 feels like plenty a trip for me too, can't imagine a significant benefit that would warrant higher doses.
