How long should I wait to start taking it? Can I do it the day after or is it best to wait a few days after your last roll?

I rolled yesterday on 2 pills since I had no school and I am depressed as a mother fucker hahaa. Tuesday blues suck

And no need to take them outside the recommended dose. Huge amounts of 5HTP wont do any "extra" good.

i take it the night of, before going to bed (along with some lorazepam)

and then i just keep taking it until i feel like im "normal" again.
