Hi all,
So this weekend is a nice music festival coming up. I recently got some 5-HTP as I heard that it can assist with come downs as it helps to produce or it creates serotonin?
Anyways, so I was wondering whether it might be a good idea to take some the day of the event (a few hours before the event, probably 12 hours before I roll) and whether it would have any effect on how hard I might roll? If there is more serotonin then there is more which could be released? However I am sure there is a limit to how much your body can create / store?
So would it be alright to take 12 hours before? Would it be a good idea, bad idea or possibly be a waste?
Then after taking the MDMA when should I consider taking some 5-HTP to assist with the come down? Before I goto bed and then again when I wake up maybe?
Last question, how much should I be taking? Each capsule contains 150mg 5-HTP, 500mg Ashwagandha extract, 50mg Vitamin B6.
I am really just looking for some guidance here.
