I couldn't find anything that completely answers, so if there some thread complete with the answer please link me it 
Anways, as I've been experimenting with Tramadol lately, I've found the short term anti depressant effects it has with the SNRI action, and it seems to last a whole day lacking of any negative emotions.
So I want to know if taking 5-HTP with it, can it potentiate the anti depressants SNRI effects of Tramadol? And does that go for St John's Wart as well?
Off course I mean a low dose straying away from Serotonin Syndrome.
