RCs 5-bromo-dmt fumarate 0.5mg ordered this i usually order bromaz but im green and thought the bromo in the description meant it was par how do i take it

Hi i ordered 5-bromo-dmt fumarate i usisally use bromaz but thought the bromo parr in description meant it was a sub type.
Anyhow its coming aa a hcl fumarate .5mg powder...
Im green with this stuff...how do i take it?
