Stimulants 45mg of Focalin XR with 1 chlorpheniramine tablet to help sleep

Was it a bad idea for me to chew 45mg of Focalin XR extended release beads and to parachute an allergy pill with chlorpheniramine in it 4 hours later to sleep

you should be fine. as i recall, focalin XR isn't as effective as adderall XR when it comes to the duration of the drug (many users report noticing their dose not being able to last all day, compared to addeall which has a better XR mechanism, from what i recall). i would have taken the chlorpheniramine probably 6 hours after taking the drug though, just in case you're still tweaking a little.

are you asking if you'll be able to sleep? or if the combo is safe?

the combo should be fine. what source are you getting the chlorpheniramine from? does the source contain DXM in it as well? if so, and if you consumed a large amount of DXM, it could lead to serotonin syndrome, which could be unpleasant.

next time maybe stick to some weed. weed always used to help me sleep no matter what time i took an amphetamine or methylphenidate/d-methylphenidate. diphenhydramine can help too. lately ive been combining 25 mg of diphenhydramine with a little bit of alcohol to help me sleep, due to some insomnia i've been experiencing lately as a result of quitting weed recently.

thx just wanted to know if it was safe i just needed something so i could sleep after taking all the focalin and It was just chlorpheniramine with nothing else in it it just took all of the effects of the focalin away pretty much and helped me sleep i just didnt know if allergy pills that are sleep aids were safe with amphetamines and i couldnt agree more with u that weed is the best sedative to put u to sleep
