I know this thread is super old but I thought I'd share what happened. Took the 440mg along with a bunch of anti-emetics and a nice cold beer to wash it down. Didn't kill me, but messed me up pretty bad haha. Fell asleep on my right arm and a relative found me 36 hours later. My arm was blue and I wasn't really breathing properly. Rushed to hospital, couldn't be stabilised and so was transferred to another hospital, ambulance sirens presumably blaring. There I was stabilised and moved to ICU for a few days, until I finally woke up and was moved to a lesser ward. Within about a week I was feeling relatively normal, but lying on my arm had caused nerve damage and I was unable to use my right arm. I was in quite considerable pain (nerve pain is SOO bad). Got out of hospital after a week or so, and spent the next 2 months gradually regaining use of my arm through therapy and time, and untreatable pain. Even now the feeling in my hands and arms isn't 100% normal, but I've got near-full use and I can function without any pain.
Just wanted to post it here - 440mg obviously won't KILL YOU in capital letters. It could well end up in you losing an arm though. So be careful what information you give out as fact, and don't believe what people say is true even if they use capital letters or bold text.
