A frind recommended a steroid.. but im afraid of getting man boobs. Any help,,links????? Thanks

Welcome to BL, AND as always thank you for your service, sincerely.
I am not one to recommend PEDS, as I have to use protein for a daily supplement. However, there is an entire forum dedicated to it, and many knowledgeable people who I am sure can help. Have you spoken with your doctor about the joint pain?? I know many people who are turning to medical Marijuana for help there. I think if you could get your joint issues under control you can at least exercise.
Also...water exercise is very easy on joints, if that's a possibility. Everyone laughs, but swimming and water exercise can be refreshingly helpful. Hope this helps a bit, again, welcome.
