New to the forum, but I searched and looked for the differences between hydrocodone and codeine and everyone says hydro is a much more effective way to get high. I've had a script to hydrocodone for a while and have been abusing regularly. However my script is now down to 5mg pills with 500mg acetaminophen. The max dose recommended in a day would be 40mg (more than 4g of acetaminophen can be fatal) which isn't much for me (usually take at least 60-70mg hydro).

So here's my question, I stumbled upon 10 30mg codeine/325 acetaminophen, which I have no recollection of ever taking, definitely not in a long time. So what would get me more high; 40mg (might push 50mg max) of hydrocodone, or 300mg of codeine?

Yeah I'd have to recommend the CWE mentioned above for sure. If you don't want to be taking all that apap it's definitely the way to go.

Thanks a ton, that link was great. So basically all the acetaminophen (tylenol) will be filtered out and only the hydro will remain in the water?

Hydrocodone is better in most peoples opinion I would think as it's several times stronger (as others have posted) and also less itchy.
Codeine is generally considered to be the weakest and itchiest opiate.

300mg codeine will make you itch like a mothafucker btw so have antihistamines prepared!

Codeine is a bigger histamine releaser than most other opiates, according to conversion charts 120mg codeine = 20mg morphine but it all depends on how well your liver metabolizes it.You could get lesser or greater effects.

I say cwe the codeine, and if that doesnt hit the spot add some hydro ontop.

A large portion of the apap will be removed with a proper CWE, leaving mostly hydrocodone and/or codeine in the solutions, yes.
