40mg of adderall not feeling anything?

Hello. I'm a female who weighs 130 pounds. I just took roughly 40mg of Adderall XR (I took a full 30mg and about another 10mg so now I have 20mg left). I used to take 30mg of Adderall XR daily as prescribed but I've stopped taking it for about 2 weeks now. I opened up the capsule and chewed up the beads in my mouth (tasted terrible btw). It's been about 20 minutes and I'm not feeling anything yet. Should I take the 20mg I have left? Thanks!!

I wouldn't take another 20mg unless you really want to.

Even crushed XR beads will unpackage slowly.

Adderall is Extendted release so you wont feel it until a few hours later. Trust me i made that mistake the first time i tried it. I took 20mg and 2hours later i took another 20mg bcus i didnt feel anything... about 4hours later i was bugged out super paranoid thinking people where trying to get me and very pacy and shaky haha. I was with my cousin and she ended up dropping me off since i couldnt function no more. So dont make my mistake. Oh and take them early in the day bcus if u wait till 5pm the wont hit u till 9pm and youll be up all night
