400 mg valium effects?

Purely hypothetical question here just out of interest

What would happen if I consumed 40 10mg diazepam tabs? Equalling 400mg?
I know the ld50 is something like 1000mg/kg so what would happen? Would I have some sort of brain damage? Drug induced coma? Depression?

Again purely hypothetical because the active dose is less than 2mg but the ld50 is so high.

You would sleep for days, or you could do stupid and dangerous things during these days. These are the two most probable consequences of taking that dose of diazepam.

Now I'm asking myself why are you wondering that, to be honest. Please do not take that dose, you will lose memory of all that happened during these days, not counting the utter chaos that can ensue and the possible social damage that could happen (including death).

I'm closing this thread out of astonishment...
