Ok, i'm an experienced user, and i've had my downs with MDMA, tbh im still not the same, but I'm not sure whether or not to attribute that to a bad trip I had on two pills two years ago, or my usage (which wasn't too intense). But this time, I fucked up.

I took .12 MDMA (pure crystal shards) at 1 am, then over the next 6 hours snorted three lines that equal out to be about .3 (all three lines added up). My last line was at 7 am.

The day after, I felt a bit run down. The second day of my hangover, I felt really fucking good.

Then the day after, and now today, I feel just dumb, retarded, its like im looking at the world behind my eyes (i had these problems before, but not this bad). I just in general feel blah, and dumb.

The roll was pretty intense, everyone said I looked fucked and was rolling balls, adn my buddies did the same amount as me and feel fine now.

I just feel blahhh.. Not interested in stuff, tired more than usual, but not anxious at all and I can sleep just fine.

Did I do more fucking damage to my brain? I know this was a STUPID amount and i DID my research yet I still got caught up in the moment.

I know redosing is bad, but is snorting MDMA just as neurotoxic as orally ingesting it?

Its all I can think about and its really getting me down. Btw it was my first time doing it in like 4-5 months.
 
Take a looonnnggg break ! That is one hefty amount of Mdxx. Good luck getting everything back to normal.
 
It's probably more neurotoxic... Since your peak blood level will get higher but chill dude mdma isn't that neurotoxic

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time.

Might be a bit more helpful if you could shed a bit more light on how experienced a user you are? approx total number of tabs, average dosage, age that kind of thing but heres my 2 cents..

Sounds like you are experiencing Apathy and Derealisation. Both common symptoms when you over do it on E and your body has simply had enough.

I currently suffer from both these things and have been since taking a reasonable dose of MDMA accidently mixed with BZP early September last year 2011. I speak from 1st hand experience so know what you are going through.

Derealisation is really horrible and scary

the apathy is frustrating and also scary in many ways


In my opinion I am 100% you WILL get better. This is not a permanent thing for you as awful as it may feel now.

I have experienced twice in my life dreadful comedowns from MDMA one lasted 6 months the current one is ongoing.

When it first started I had awful derealisation and also apathy. Both symptoms have got better over time.

I think the recovery time is governed by How much you abused E prior, the trigger dose, your age and also your current efforts to get out of it. Clearly recovery time is different for everyone but from my own personal research and experience i think these are the main factors. The important thing is you will get better thats for sure. Only the duration of pain you have to experience is big question.

The main thing you need to know now is what to do right?

Heres some things I would recommend, with further research and chats with people on here you can find many other good things:

Exercise (primarily cardio but also weights)
Supliments (This is my personal recommendation many peoples ideas varie, Krill Oil, Omega 3, 5HTP, Ginko, L Tryptophan, Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc Combo, + combo with vit B and host of others)
Good Diet lots of notes about this
Good Rest
Plenty of Undisturbed Sleep (dark, quiet, level bed etc) (you can google this)
Healthy Lifestyle (try and avoid the party heads for a while)
Yoga (if you can bare it LOL) with breathing techniques
Mental Well being avoid stress and pressure if possible


One thing I found is when you have a hit of Apathy when suffering from MDMA issues the last thing you want to do is exercise or arrange all this stuff. Firstly the thing I found was to seek help family member, friend, gf anyone who can help you with motivation to get some of these things done.

The sooner you start the quicker the symptoms will leave you.

Re the brain damage I would try not think about that too much now. MDMA is without a shadow of a doubt Neurotoxic but the important thing to focus on right now is getting better again. I have done it once after a 6 month come down and it is 100% possible for you also. Beleif is the key its all in the mind controlled currently by a chemical imbalance.

give it a week you'll probably be fine. problem with being on a comedown is some people get increased anxiety, so they worry about all their symptoms and shit. if after a week you don't feel any better then maybe you can start worrying. how often do you use MDMA also?
 
Welcome to suicide tuesdays. Happend to me aswell. I took well over 700mg though. Anyways, long story short. Did tabs on Friday. had a nice afterglow on saturday, Feeling good from last night. on sunday though. I felt really down and depressed. Didn't really want to do anything. Even things like playing a video game that i ALWAYS do just felt bleh. Well so anyways, The feeling lasted from sunday all the way till Thursday. I feel for yeah bro.

Again, I'll post the evident:

T0h= 1-2mg/kg bodyweight, depending on sex and kind of experience wanted
T1h= 0.5mg/kg bodyweight to strengthen the peak OR
T1h30= 0.5mg/kg bodyweight to lengthen the peak. I roll a few times a year and adhere to these rules, I have never had a bad comedown, only an afterglow. I take trips once a week though, but that doesn't use up my serotonin. And I must say 4HOx's or mushrooms are as euphoric as MDMA for me.

Dasker -> the reason you felt good on saturday is because you were uder the influence of 100mg MDA, broken down from your 700mg MDMA dose. (I don't have a source now but I believe 7% of your MDMA dose is converted to MDA in the body and this is what gives you the nice feeling the day after rolling. Day3 is when you can/will feel a bit drained, but this is only when you don't eat enough healthy foods on Day2. Cannabis helps, too. And having 3days off after a roll. I want to roll my "whole life", that's why I adhere to theser rules.

To the OP: Good luck ! Maybe some passionflower or St john's wort ? Next to healthy foods and exercise of course !
 
To be honest, while 400-500mg is a fair amount its not outrageous. Just stop feeling sorry for yourself go and do something and youll be fine. MAN UP.
 
I've been there when I took WAY too much. I did 1,6g in 8 hours, and trust me, you can't call that rolling anymore. You're just totaly fucked up. Anyways, I felt like you said, not interested in nothing, no emotion, feeling distant from my body, but I couldn't sleep for 3 days. I was litterly seeing people walking in my bedroom in the dark, shit was trippy. This lasted for 6-7 days, but eventualy I came back. Just take a long break, eat well, and you should come back to normal. Well, I hope you will :)
 
Don't worry dude i've realy abused MDMA in the past on a weekly basis (back then we didn't have internet and bluelight to tell us about neurotoxicity and shit) and imo in a mutch worse state than you're in right now. Give it two weeks and you'll be fine, trust me. I believe the damage MDMA does is only short term (abused it about 10 years ago and still use it couple of times a year) and you'll get back to your old self 100%

Oh and don't "forget" to quit MDMA for about 6 months. That helps to ;)

I've done around that dose before (possibly even higher) and I'm still here, enjoying life and doing fine. This was in April of this year. Doses of 400 mgs in a night are not unheard of, but they certainly warrant a decent break.

Time off from MDMA is your best friend in terms of recovery, and it sounds like you were fine abstaining for some time prior to this, so just know you need another break. Doing things that help regenerate serotonin (lots of sleep, lots of cardio, and a healthy diet!) and avoiding substituting with other drugs, especially drugs that can effect your serotonin levels (mephedrone, methylone etc.). Honor the process, accept that you'll have your days of fogginess, depression, maybe even depersonalization-- but it will all get better and better. In the future, try to limit what you have available to you. I know if I tell myself I am going to keep it under 200 mgs but I bring 400 mgs, I'm ultimately going to decide in a euphoric stupor that eating/snorting those extra capsules is a good idea. Don't worry too much, cause it won't help matters either :)
 
The day after I drop I'm usually fine, just tired. The next day seems to hit me hard, I get really introspective and upset about the littlest things. I don't usually want to do anything and just feel phased out from the world.
 
I wouldn't normally advise to take that much I'd usually say 300mg is the max dosage for me in a night, however if you have the stuff on you it's easy to get carried away because you just don't want the high to end. Next time you're out set yourself a dose (200 bomb then snort 100 when youre coming down if you really must) and don't have anymore on you. That way the temptation isn't there.

I'm pretty sure your affects are short-term, just don't make it a habit!
