40 mg oxy 30 mg hydroco and 3mg lunesta

My tolerence to hydrocodone is fairly high. i normally take about 100mg of hydrocodone a day. I have never taken oxycodone before but today i took about 40mg around 2pm because thats all i could get my hands on. Well i got ahold of some hydros 10/325 eventually today and took 3 of them sparadically from about 530 until about 20 min ago. I hear all these stories about people od on oxy and it always scared the hell outta me so i stayed away. What i want to know is if im gonna be ok from mixing the two and also i take 3mg lunesta for insomnia and normally with the just the hydros ive never had an issue. but since i took the 40m oxy im a lil worried.....can someone reassure me that i will be ok? i prolly sound like a total dork asking this but i need to know

You took the Oxy quite a few hours ago so it's probably worn off or on it's last legs right about now. You should be fine.

Sorry, it might have sounded kinda random. I was typing that with my fiance right next to me and I didn't want her to see what I was doing. Basically I took 2 norcos at about 930am and then I got an 80mg oxy and cut it up to 1/8 pieces. I took one piece at about 1230pm, then 2 more peices at about 3pm and another at about 5pm. So basically I took a 40mg oxy out of the 80 and I still have 4 peices left. So then at about 530pm I took another Norco, then another at 7pm and the last one at 11pm. So since 9am this morning until about 11pm at night, I've had 40mg oxy and 50 mg hydrocodone. It is now 1am and I feel fine , not even buzzed. I assume I'm ok but I need to take a 3mg lunesta for my insomnia and I need to know if that will be ok.

Hydrocodone is not less of what oxy is, and they have a very low cross tolerance. There is even lots of posters who like hydro's better than oxy. BAsically by taking 40mg of oxy, its equal to 45-60 mg of hydro, most likely towards the lower end. Dont let hydros fool you, its almost as strong, it just comes with acetaminophen and in low doses because the origional manfacturer wanted to keep it a schedule III. I prefer hydro. Alot of hydro users are very disappointed when they do their first 80,.

As long as you keep it spaced out like that you'll be fine. youu basically taken the eual of 80mgs of hydro in the last 14 hours. Thats fine.

Who needs Lunesta with all those opiates to nod off on? A friend of mine is also on Lunesta and takes about anywhere from 6 to 10 percocet 10s a day along with xanax now and then and does not wait for the buzz to subside as she needs the percs for pain at night. I'm quite sure you're in the clear.

oxy is just as safe or dangerous as hydro. Honestly id say at your hydro dose the asprin content is more dangerous then the oxy by far. Just figure out that oxy is a little less then twice as strong as an equivalent hydro dose. So just drop your dose a bit and enjoy.

That doesn't sound right, I'm sure there's a chart around here somewhere. But oxy is nowhere near twice as strong as hydro.
