Hello i hope im doing everything right as this is not my first time on this site but my first post. I have been using this site for the last 8 year but have never made an account. So here i am . Okay, so the facts..im 26 175 lbs ive been on and off all types of opiods for the last 5 years. but most recently i have been on self-administered methadone for 3 months iv been taking 30 -40 mg daily i just put in an order for red vein kratom, half killo, 500 grams to help me through my methadone withdrawal. i made the order a few minutes ago on 12/15/2013 and wanted to help out others with my journey to a life free of opiods . soo when i get my package in a few days i will stop with the dones and up with the kratom. i will document my day to day feelings ,pain ect. while i maintain my job, girlfriend and daily life. wish me luck!:\

Hey, thanks for coming on and sharing as you go. I got some kratom tucked away somewhere, but haven't really used it yet. Will be anxious to hear how it goes. Somebody told me today to get on methadone since I have chronic pain, but so far, I have had no luck getting any medical help taking that route. Kratom may be what I turn to to kick my dilaudid affair.

Good to meet ya.

....hi, sounds like you're in a similar situation to myself, all the best, will be interested to hear how you fare, i'm trying kratom first time tonight, tincture and powder...x

Hi there and welcome. Good luck with you're switching kratom for methadone; the Kratom really is a miracle plant for opiate addicts IMHO. I'm on suboxone, and have been stockpiling kratom for the day I come off (mostly red veined varieties).

My mum recently became dependent on codeine, and ran out of pills, experiencing classic, mild opiate WD's. I gave her 5 grams of my Sumatra red vein in caps, and it eliminated those symptoms completely. I actually found this very re-assuring, as I was beginning to wonder if kratom had been over-hyped.
