With old batches I found I needed very big doses as was mentioned before, between 300 and 400 to have a k-hole like experience, however with the last batch 150-200 give me similar effects.
Although I do get a very nice afterglow and the experience itself can be lovely, I would still consider it a nasty chemical, my urine turns dark and smells really weird afterwards, it also makes me look pale and unhealthy, plus a general feeling of something not alright with my body.
I've also noticed long-lasting speech and word recall problems, at work I was struggling to write email and was feeling a brain dead zombie for a whole week afterwards.
