4 hours per mg? (suboxone)

I have been hearing from various forum discussions that an accurate time frame for sub to leave your system enough to get high from other opiates is 4 hours per milligram?
Can anyone tell me how accurate this is?

Not accurate.

Bupe has an average halflife of 37 hours, so no matter how many mg in your system, it will take ~37 hours for that amount to be halved.
