4-ho-met vs 4-aco-dmt

Which is better? I have only done 4-aco-dmt but now have the option of getting 4-ho-met

I mean for anyone who has had experiences with both, which one did they prefer and why? Are these even noticably different?
 
They are very different.

4-aco-dmt is much more deep. 4-ho-met is mentaly very shallow, but much more visual, and thus much more recreational I think (as in fun) I prefer 4-ho-met.....

it depends what kind of experience your looking for really :)

as you already tried 4-aco-dmt, why not give 4-ho-met a twirl? Nothing lost, just a new experience gained.
 
eh, I assume it´s 4-aco-dmt you have tried......and 4-ho-met you are considering. Maybe you could be a little more specific ;)
 
i've had plenty of both, as mentioned above 4-aco-dmt is deeper and can scare the pants off you in a high dose. 4-ho-met is just plain old fun.
 
4-aco-dmt has definitely been very deep and introspective for me and many of my friends, sometimes too much so. A more shallow, recreational version sounds like just the thing to switch it up a bit

But don´t underestimate Metocin, it´s much more visual, and sure packs a punch ;) especially when out in public......
 
4-HO-MET seems to produce some nasty side effects that 4-ACO-DMT doesn't. For example digestion discomfort or a strange feeling in the lower body (but not in a threatening way - it's just noticeable) and some exhausting sleepiness especially in higher doses. The therapeutic potential of 4-ACO-DMT in sense of being confronted with subconscious material and suppressed emotions is in terms of required dosage for such an effect way higher than 4-HO-METs potential. However 4-HO-MET has a very special place in my heart and is a full-fledged psychedelic which is very forgiving and can't be overdosed to a physically dangerous level - when some basic security rules are applied. The groups highest dose was 120mg and the experience lasted for 12 hours with extreme effects.

I should notice that all above-named effects have been evaluated by a group of 8 persons of different gender or age over the past 5 years.
Interestingly those who prefer LSD over Magic Mushrooms preferred 4-HO-MIPT over 4-ACO-DMT and 4-HO-MET. They even aver that 4-HO-MIPT is the most LSD like 4-substituted Tryptamine that is available. Do you have similar experiences?
