4-HO-MET equivalency to an eighth of mushrooms?

I understand that they create somewhat different effects, but if you had to compare the two, about how many milligrams of 4-HO-MET would it take to equal an eighth of mushrooms?

Don´t know, but just take 15 mg if you have the fumarate salt. A little less if it´s HCl or freebase.

The issue is potency. We don't know how strong your shrooms are. I've had shrooms where an eighth is equivalent to 40 mg 4-AcO-DMT (I haven't tried 4-HO-MET so I can't make a comparison there). If you've tripped before you should probably easily handle up to 20 mg but it would be prudent to start a bit lower.

maybe you mean under 30mg that it resembles shrooms....

anyway, to the op question, i find these synthetic rc to be reminiscent but not equal to mushrooms. just my opinion though. also depends what you are looking for, visuals, euphoria, insights, but i generally find these type of threads (that try to equal one substance to another) to be rather pointless
