IUPAC name:3-(diethylamino)-2,2-dimethylpropyl 4-fluorobenzoate

This is a fluorinated version of Dimethocaine that has recently been available. I have no understanding of these Benzonate SAR's so I have little to say in that regard. So my question is, has anyone assayed this? What is it like?

I'd would like to know the difference in 4-fluorococaine and 4-f-dimetiocaine in both potency and acitivity in the brain. If there are any chemists better then me on here( a LOT) I'd would appreciate a breakdown. Thanks in advance.
