RCs 4-FA, 3-FA, etc, regular use?

I've been into 4-FA and 3-FA lately and I'm wondering if I should be restraining myself a bit more. A gram of 4-FA usually lasts me about 2 weeks, but as tolerance builds up, it may have lasted shorter than that.

I have always found 4-FA to be beautifully euphoric and I absolutely just love it. 3-FA, on the other hand is more of a straight up stim, but it's also loads of fun. It's also the one I have started to snort. I have been doing bumps of it I, maybe several times a day now. So I'm starting to worry about about a few things:
1) Septum (intranasal) damage. The burn from snorting 3-FA isn't huge and doesn't last too long. Most of my bumps are in the 10-30 mg range.
2) Doing these x-FA chems every day. I never do heroic doses, but I find 3-FA to be quite compulsive, almost like coke. Yesterday, I was already crashing from doing quite a bit of 3-FA, but at 10 p.m., instead of going to sleep soon, as I planned, I did a bump. Then another. Then ate some. I could only go to sleep at like 3 a.m. And I should add that I had to take the last benzo I had, because the crash from this last session was making me very nervous.

This morning, I planned to not do any, just to drink coffee instead, but I still did a bump and I'm feeling it now. And I'm guessing I will do many more today.. I hope not.

Anyway, the way I see it is that taking an amphetamine-based RC is not the end of the world, as many people take amphetamine-based drugs as medication every single day. I also don't have much 3-FA left, so soon I will be left with nothing and it maybe a week or 2 before I can get some more, if I choose to.

However, a few months ago, when I was doing fairly big doses (for me) of 4-FA every day (50-80 mg), and I managed to lose it somewhere, I kind of felt a withdrawal for 2-3 days. I just felt very, very sleepy for about 2-3 days. I'm thinking that maybe the serotonergic component of 4-FA had something to do with it? Because if it's primarily the dopaminergic one, then I may be in a world of [relative] hurt when I run out of my 3-FA soon.

I appreciate any insights, Bluelight!
