4 .5 xanax pills im going to snort, how long will the high last?

im new to xanax i just took a mg and im feeling pretty floaty when this high where down im going to rail 4 more peaches (.5 mgs) tonite at my buddies rave i have quite a few questions about how i should go about tonite

- can i mix it with mdma?

- how should i crush them up?

- is snorting a bitch cause ive never snorted anything?

- how long will the high last?

- can i mix it with a lil bud?

all answers apreciated. happy rolling %)
 
-Yes you can mix it with MDMA.
-Crushing them up and snorting them is a waste of time. Just eat them. Snorting benzos is actually less efficient than taking them orally.
-Yes you can mix it with cannabis.

If you're using it with MD, may be worth saving a couple for the comedown, it's great to treat anxiety and insomnia.
 
^Good point. Xanax (alprazolam) is a short-acting benzo. The duration of the effects should last from 4-8 hours or so...so taking it on the comedown makes the most sense.
 
3mg is a lot since you're new to xanax and especially since you may be mixing it. I would say take 2 wait 30 minutes and if you're not where you wanna be take the other 2. Don't snort it, it's a waste. Mixing with mdma and weed is fine, but I'd say don't drink. Mixing xanax and alcohol can make you black out and I've seen people do some stupid shit while xannied out.....Blacked out a few times myself from this combo.

edit: I definitely agree, you should save at least 1 or 2 xanax for the mdma comedown
 
funny. to me, snorting xanax works fine. i actually prefer it to eating them because it works much faster and doesnt have me feeling all barred out like when i eat them... as i have a low tolerance when it comes to benzos. it breaks up easily and doesnt have a burn/nasty drip. but i usually only snort 1/4 of a bar before bed (.25mg)... but everyone is different.

id save them for after the roll like everyone above mentioned. and if you do decide to snort em, which apparently doesnt work, dont snort 2mgs if youre a noob... you might end up doing or saying something you will regret later, of which you will have no recollection of.
 
As others might have said:

Don't snort the xanax. I did that, fucking waste of time crushing it up, it takes longer to take effect because it actually has to travel down your throat to your stomach, where it is absorbed.
You're better off swallowing the xanax.

But sublingually is truly the best way to use xanax. I swear you can feel the effects in 10-15 minutes.

I wouldn't use xanax and MDMA, it would just spoil the MD experience. Use the xanax on the comedown :)
 
Snorting it does indeed work, it is just not as effective as eating them. The best route of administration is sublingual (put the pills under your tongue and let them dissolve).
