I am interested in hearing qualitative/quantitative comparisons for 4 and 5-substituted tryptamines. For those who have tried some rarities feel free to add them. Additionally feel free to add simple tryptamines which have 4/5 substitutions you've tried and their similarities to their cousins. The objective is to identify patterns and similarities between their effects on a single thread. Explain likes/dislikes/preferences, favorable physical attributes and uncomfortable physical attributes. And of course the differences in perceptional alterations. Please exclude psilocybin mushrooms because of the variety of compounds found in there.

simple: DMT, DET, MiPT, DiPT, MET ect.

5meo

4aco

4ho ect.

This sounds like a beginning of a good thread. :)
I would be really interested in comparison between simple tryptamine, its 5-MeO derviative and its 4-HO/4-AcO derivative(and 4-MeO derivateves if someone can comment from his own experience).
Adding HO/MeO group to a tryptamine changes dramatically its effects, but I am sure, there should be similarities.

I feel the same. Its difficult for me myself to profile all the ones Ive tried as well as it seems other bluelighters can. More experimentation is required. I classify each one by: Headspace, Tactile perceptioin (body load, bodily functions), Sensory perception (not visual. olfactory, hearing, taste), Visual Perception, Thinking nature, Mood alteration, the + scale (of course) and overall personal value/benifits of consuming each tryptamine relative.
