3rd Plateau DXM trip + headache

Well, here I am watching 'Finding Nemo' drawing subtle lessons from the movie to apply to my life. Also, I am battling a nagging headache. I'm only starting to come off DXM. Suggestions? Your responses should send positive vibrations. Are there natural remedies for this headache/comedown? I don't have green, pills and am not interested in booze. Thanks, with every Blink I am further swallowed into a dissolving high, distorted by my throbbing head! ugh!

Take an Aspirin or two. (Although now I notice it seems you don't have any).

Ibuprofen or Naproxen sodium help a lot with headaches. Also make sure you drink a big ol' glass of water with whatever pain reliever you choose, dehydration can come about from DXM use and can cause headaches. You don't have access to any OTC pain relievers?

It's good that you're not interested in using alcohol to fix your headache, alcohol at this point would probably make you physically ill and would make your headache worse.

Pupils dilated

My pupils managed to stay dilated a good 36-48 hours after my trip ended. I looked devilish and under the influence. Normal/ common for them to remain dilated so long afterwards?
