Bupe 36 hours off heroin, can I IV suboxone

Ok, so I took a grand total of around 12mg of suboxone yesterday, and then another 4mg when I wokeup today. I'm in the process of detoxing myself. However, since my dumbass kept relapsing due to a kid giving me free dope to use my connect (I've since just given him the connect), I wasted a few of the pills I had since I would try to detox but then be quickly fail later at night. There is bupe on my receptors, so in principle I should be able to IV the suboxone without precipitated withdrawal, correct? I totally wrecked my veins with suboxone before, so the only reason I have any interest in doing something so damn stupid again is because I only have 6mg of suboxone left, but am only on day 2 of my detox. In the past, 2mg IV has been around the equivalent to 6mg sublingual, so I am only considering it as a last ditch effort if I cannot get ahold of a couple more pills or strips, which I really hope I can. I was having enough trouble finding veins doing heroin the few weeks that I relapsed, don't really want to repetetively stab myself if there isn't even a reward for doing so.

Well I was impatient. The answer is no, no it will not cause precipitated withdrawal with bupe already on the receptors for a day.

Sorry you didn't get your response fast enough but I would like to add something here:

If you are planning on getting clean you need to give up your route of administration. You are addicted to that as well. Just as I snorted my drugs, I snorted the subs also. This is almost as bad as still using. You are not only addicted to the drug, the ROA, the actual ride to go get your drugs, as well as your paycheck that you are using to buy them.

The more you can cut out the better off you will be. Obviously your paycheck is a temptation that can't be cut out, but driving near where you used to pick up from is one that needs to go. And of course the drug it self, and the way you administer it. You must stop with the needle. Take the sub as directed, it will help you to start feeling like a normal person again instead of an addict making a substitute for your drug of choice.

Good luck, and please take my word for it. I've battled opiate addiction for years and the only 2 times I got more than a week clean in was when I took it as directed. If you are unsure how to do so let us know we'll help.

Yeah trust me I know. Like I said I really would prefer to just take it as prescribed but I need to find a couple more pills to complete my detox with. I was clean for a year and a half but prescribed suboxone, during which period I would mostly take it sublingual, but on occasion I would go IV for a week or 2 to satisfy the needle fixation, it never got me high or anything. Then I got tired of being dependent on suboxone, so I came up with a foolish master plan. I did heroin for 5 weeks and then took ibogaine (just like I was told I'd have to do for maximum efficiency). The ibogaine didn't work. So I went to a regular detox center. I got out and all was well, I didn't do anything for around 3 weeks and I still felt crappy, I guess suboxone really fucks your body up when you stop. I've read of people not feeling right for upwards of 6 months. Then this kid came into my life, and he was buying a brick a day and giving me 4 because he didn't have his own connect. I decided to end that 2 days ago by just hooking him up with my guy, because I know I can't hold out with free dope being waved in front of me everyday. So I just gotta get through yet another heroin detox and then get back to what I was doing before, except without the suboxone destroying my appetite and making me sleep 11 hours a night. It caused me to lose 40lbs, and I was eating like a fat kid those 3 weeks after my last detox lol.
