Would it be relatively safe to add around 150-200mg tramadol to this mix now? I have taken all the above , but am worried it may be dangerous. With regards to the other three I know my boundaries and how to safely mix them according to me, but was wondering about the trams.

I haven't experienced a seizure before - but could this possibly happen?

Cheers !

Tramadol can cause seizures in larger amounts ( your amount falls into that category), I'd steer clear of adding this to the combination. You already have 3 other substances concurrent in your system. Harm reduction. Enjoy

Cheers

400mg in one day is the recommended max, although people have seized on less and amphetamines also lower the seizure threshold (increasing the chance of seizures). Tramadol is also an SNRI and although amphetamines have low serotonergic properties, you really don't want to risk serotonin syndrome from mixing a serotonin reuptake inhibitor with something that can release serotonin. I believe oxycodone can too, but in negligibe amounts.

Combining CNS depressants always carries risks; they synergise and greatly increase your risk of OD. As you already have oxycodone and alprazolam (Xanax) in your system, I would definitely advise against adding in anything else; plus tramadol is not a great opioid compared to oxycodone so I don't know that it would even be worth it..

Good choice skipping the trams, as Xanax is not a good muscle relaxer compared to Restoril, Valium, Neurontin, Lyrica, or Klonopin. In fact, it's a really bad benzo for preventing seizures or relaxing muscles, even Ativan is better for that purpose.
