I don't understand the percentage it's asking for...

This is a section of that page:

Morphine 30 mg PO =

Heroin = 30 mg
Codeine = 200 mg
Hydrocodone = 30 mg
Oxycodone = 20 mg

So as you can see. 30mg Morphine is equal to 20mg Oxy.

Though you have to be aware that Morphine's oral bioavailability is much lower than Oxycodones. So it might feel as though you have taken less.
