I have 3 Codral cold and flu pills each containing 500mg of paracetamol, 5mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride, 10mg of hydrobromide and an unknown amount of dextromethorphan (there is no mg amount given next to the dxm), if I took these 3 what could I expect? Doesn't sound like much but then again I'm not sure how much DXM is in them. Would it get me somewhat high, is it dangerous? Thanks.

You'd get nowhere. Don't eat them; the phenylephrine and APAP are bad for you.

yeah, you'd need to eat way more than 3 of them; most pills / caps/ tabs have 10-30 mg DXM.
you need over 100mg to just get into the light effects from DXM.
so you usually need to eat 5-15 caps/pills etc.
but your pills have APAP in them, not to mention other shite. so.. Don't eat them for the DXM.
go to the local pharmacy and look for Robitussin gel caps. They sell ones that contain ONLY DXM. These are the only kinds of caps/pills you should take if trying to trip on DXM, ones that contain ONLY one active ingredient, DXM.

just buy the syrup with only dxm in it its like 4 ounces thatll do you good
