30mg Codeine Phosphate & 25mg Promethazine

I have about 30 x 30mg Codeine Phosphate & 15 x 25mg Promethazine. I am told they can work together well.

Any ideas for a new starter?

They do work well together. Those are the main ingredients in "lean" or "sizzurp"...

Yeah they work well together; codeine is the opiate which provides the effects, the promethazine is there as an anti-histamine, but a sedating one at that - it also potentiates the codeine so yeah, it's a good mix.

My advice is chew 4 of the T3s and 25mg promethazine; this should be enough for a "suspected" opiate virgin.
If you have a tolerance do a CWE on the T3s (plenty of guides on here).
