Opioids 3000 mg APAP help

ok so i just took 3000 mg of APAP at once with 4 7.5/750 hydrocodone pills. i am 150 pounds so it is about 44 mg/kg. from my understanding i problly am doing some damage to my liver however it most likely isnt fatal. also i have not had any alcohol for several days however i did take a 120 mg time release psuedoephedrine this morning but its been out of my system for 3 hourse. so just wanted to make sure im not going to die or anything.
 
S-adenosyl-methionine has been shown to treat acetaminophen overdose when taken orally. The clinical tests that were done with people who took very large amounts, 7-12+ grams. The dosing regiment was 2,500mg of s-adenosyl-methionine every four hours until you've taken a total of 10,000mg. This supplement is available over the counter at any pharmacy, sometimes called SAMe or just methionine.

Again, I think you'll be just fine at that dosage but you do have options (such as seeing a doctor or looking into the supplement I mentioned above.)
