Opioids 30 hydro (4 x 7.5) vs. 30 oxy (1 roxi)??

Just looking for opinions on how 30 mg's hydrocodone (4 x 7.5 /500 perc's) compares to 30 mg oxycodone (1 roxi)?
I am used to the roxi's, but now have the hydrocodone.

Oxycodone is stronger, 2 mg oxycodone = 3 mg hydrocodone, BUT since you have experience with oxycodone and not as much with hydrocodone, 30 mg of hydrocodone could still feel quite good. It is similar, but different.

7.5 mg oxycodone equals 10 mg of hydrocodone as the person above me said in a different ratio... so 4 7.5 vicodins is 30 mg of hydrocodone which is equal to 20 mg of oxycodone. 20 mg oxycodone< 30 mg of oxycodone and you also dont have to eat any apap which is bad for you.

i like hydrocodone and oxycodone equally. for me, 30mgs hydro = 30mgs oxy even though the science community states they don't have equipotency. everybody is unique!

If you have used both for pain management (for long periods of time) patients that feel that hydrocodone works for pain as well as oxycodone, are staying on low levels w/o increasing dosage, or I feel hyrocodone has somewhat of a more pleasurable feeling/or (for a lack of better phrase) an added placebo effect on most users, (of chronic pain)

I like hydrocodone & I take Norcos prescribed for my scoliosis, but I dont like oxy myself. ive tried it for pain & it works but I rather have hydrocodone, it helps better with the pain.......for me at least.
