Benzos 3 Months Valium use 30-40mg/day, how long until its fully out of my system?

7 half lives to reduce blood concentration to less than 1%, so between 700 and 1400 hours (30 -60 days)

diazepam has a long half life 'cause it's so fat soluble and it has active metabolites that also have long half lives.

anyway this is pretty close to a drug testing question, and also answered now.
