RCs 3-FPM dose comparison?

I'm going to start using 3-FPM soon, but want to take it orally and precisely dose it (I'm not using it recreationally). I tried looking up potency ratios on it to anything else, but couldn't find it. How potent is it compared to other stimulants? I want to use what would be the equivalent to 40 mg of adderall

60-80mg would be the equivalent of 40mg adderall.
I'd dose it the same as you would amphetamine sulphate as it feels very similar and is about the same strength.

Just wanted to point out that the duration is nowhere near as long as amphetamine. You will feel the need to redose more frequently.

I didn't notice that but I used to take a morning dose to get me where I needed to be and keep redosing like 50-100mg frequently throughout the day so I dunno hoe long 3-FPM lasts but amphetamine used to last about 5 hours. 3-FPM also causes psychosis in half the time amphetamine does.
