Opioids 2nd time taking hydros in a long time

i extracted 25 mg and took it with a large meal. i took 10 mg yesterday and got a little sleepy. im 6'5 220 lbs. im in no real danger right just nausea

OP you will be fine. At that dosage you would have had more danger from the APAP if you had not extracted.

Hmmm...next time maybe ask before you take it? I don't understand why, when there is concern, people ask right after they take something rather than just prior..

Yeah why would you take it with "a large meal"? Just makes it way less effective ime.

if you avoid other drugs with possible interactions (benzos, alcohol, etc.) you'll be just fine. i started out on prescribed dosages of 10-20mg hydrocodone & i'm a 130lb female.
