my supplier for 2ce told me that he heard on the news that a bill is about to be passing that will schedule 2ce and some other substances...i looked online tho and have found nothing has anyone heard of anything?

I doubt this, but I'm totally going on a whim. I doubt 2C-E alone would be scheduled, and again I have no solid evidence for this, but I'd imagine something like 2C-I would go down first.

Or shit while they're at it why not something like bk-MDMA? I don't know I just don't see this happening to the 2C series soon...

A sweeping bill illegalizing all analogues could be written right? They are already technically illegal due to the how the analogue act is written. What's stopping them from outlawing everything shulgin invented as well as all other recently discovered compunds?

I do see 2ci going out first and with the recent troubles in the UK with all the MDMA analogues them as well.

This is a war that will never be won but as long as there are people like us it will go on.

Edit: responding to the OP, no I haven't heard a thing.

I checked Google News and I can't find a single article, I think your dealer either misheard something or is telling you that it is about to be scheduled in the hope that you'll buy a large amount off him - usually when something like this happens there's a good chance he just wants to offload the last of his product, has something that isn't 2C-E, or has another way of ripping you off.

I'd be a bit wary to say the least.

At present, in the US, so long as the are bought from a company that is ONLY selling them as bulk research chems NOT for human or animal consumption, and so long as you do not encapsulate them (capsules are vehicles explicitly for the singular purpose for humans to swallow), and do not have any documents or info about human consumption, and so long as they are labeled with warnings, and are shipped with an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet, required for all proper chemical commerce)... they are NOT illegal. Multiple courts have ruled that INTENT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION is a NECESSARY element for something to be classified as an illegal drug analogue. That is very clear language in the wording of the Analogue Act.

(In operation Web Tryp, the vendors' phones and internet were tapped and they were caught having explicit discussions with customers about human consumption, dosing, effects, etc... real stupid.)
