2cb airplane question

A dear friend of mine just acquired 2 2cb pills where he was vacationing, and was wondering how much of a risk he is taking if he hides them in his check in luggage and flies back to the states with em. I have told him that it is not a good idea but i was looking for a more knowledgeable opinion.
