Orally about 45 minutes to an hour, with the peak coming between an hour and a half and two hours.
Rectally it's a rocky ride to the top in around 30 minutes.
Enjoy it, dude. 2C-I may not be the most mind-manifesting psychedelic out there, but it's certainly a lot of fun.

In my experience I get first alerts at 1.5 hours, coming up by 2 hours, and fully up by 2.5 hours.
This varies from person to person and I have a feeling it takes longer to hit in me than it does for most people.

Only thing I'd add is that it would be better knowing how much 2C-I was in the liquid before it was added to sweeties. Pastels is not really a recognised unit of measurement most places and even though 2C-I is a forgiving one I'd want to know whether those pastels contain 5mg apiece or 20mg (for example) before munching on them myself.
