2CI First Time Loved It!

I tried 2ci for the first time recently. I had read the reports here and on Erowid. I decided to go with a 12 mg dose. I drank a couple beers before hand, but otherwise had a pretty empty stomach, as I was worried about stomach upset. I wasn't drunk, just a mild buzz from alchohol when I first ingested the 2ci.

I was so happy with my experience. The sky looked absolutely wonderful--like the northern lights! I saw a lot of tracers from everything, and colored lights seemed to have a sparkling effect. I felt energetic, and happy, a little speedy, but no uncomfortability. The mental clarity was astounding!

I did feel somewhat of a sensual feeling, but am not sure whether that was just my sensual state of mind or the drug. Some killer experiences in that realm that totally blew my mind. Wow!

Overall the experience was great and I'm looking forward to another experiementation, maybe 14 mg this time to see how that goes.

I have no negative effects to report, just a sparkling, lovely good time. I noticed that time seemed to be passing very slowly, and I also had some difficulty going to sleep, but that was minor.

I know this is a somewhat vague report, but it's all I have to say now.

I give this a two thumbs up!

Is there anything at all you could add to your report? Was there any discomfort at all, or any after effects the next day? (besides lack of sleep). Did you have any weird or complex thoughts while on the chemical, or did you come to grips with anything you were looking to answer in your life.. no sweating or nausea?

Glad to hear your first 2ci experience was a pleasurable one. This definitely seems to be good as an introduction to the exotic phenethylamines. It's no wonder you had such a pleasant experience since you seemed to do your homework before deciding on your dosage. Some of us here at bluelight find that very intelligent (and sexy).

So things that I could add to my report. I'll apologize in advance for such a vague report, I wasn't planning on writing one at all, and that was my first post.

As far as my 2ci experience, I didn't have any complex thoughts as one might with other drugs such as LSD or psilocybin, the only psychedelics I have done. That was what I found particularly interesting. I felt totally clear headed, I could have a conversation with anyone about anything and felt that I could articulate without losing my train of thought. I wasn't looking to answer anything in my life and I didn't have any life revelations.

My stomach felt a little bit tight over the course of the night. I never felt nausea, or real discomfort, just more an awareness of my stomach being a little tight and there.

The next day, I did find my vision somewhat goofed up. I think it was my depth perception. I remember seeing a person about 100 yards away and I couldn't make out exactly what they were wearing, and I also felt like I wasn't really steady on my feet for the first hour or two (I'm not ever THAT steady on my feet to begin with), but I had to make an extra effort to look at where stairs were so as not to mis-perceive their depth and fall. I think the speediness lasted into the next afternoon, and finally around night time I was sleepy from a lack of sleep. But amazingly, I took a 20 minute nap and felt much better.

I'm looking forward to another experience at a slightly higher dosage to see how that feels. I'll report again.

I tried 2C-i for the first time recently too. My trip report is posted. I would suggest 15 or 16mg. I started with 15mg. I loved it and got incredible visuals, especially after I smoked some herb. The mental clarity is really interesting. I actually tried 4mg the other day just as an experiment, and it felt like I took a dose of MDMA without the sensual and emotional bonding, and decreased tactile interest. The visuals from 2C-i are incredible. They can't really be comparered to LSD or Mushrooms. They are of a "beautiful" nature. One thing I've experienced different was a strong strobing effect that seemed to be in colors of either red/green and purple/yellow.
 
To answer your question trippinspirals, the visuals for me did not compare to either LSD or Mushrooms. The setting I was in had many strings of brightly colored lights. I found that they looked especially beautifully sparkling and twinkling. Also one of my favorite things was to look at the night sky, which had tons of visible stars, but everything was enhanced. I can only compare it to seeing the Northern Lights, if you've ever seen those..Things kind of moved and swirled a lot but I couldn't really focus on one thing and recognize it as swirling..it was more of an overall effect if you know what I mean. Additionally....there was a beautiful huge harvest moon (although not full) that just looked really cool to stand and stare at.

i consider myself an experienced 2-CI tripper now. completely... it always seems to take forever with the onset. but once its goin.. its the most complete trip ive had since LSD. yet for some reason i have it in my mind that i feel way less side/after effects on 2-CI. plus.. being an uncontrolled substance makes this an uncontrollable urge to continue..

if u have the chance.. definately be prepared... but do it.. because if u havent done a good psychedelic this is something that is life changing..

OMG... i just did it sublingually... under the tongue... u HAVE to try it this way...
 
Wow! I recently tried 2C-I with two of my good friends and we were all blown away. I've tried shrooms many times before and never had visuals/giddyness that I had with 2-CI. For two weekends I had been taking some good X pills that were around which me and my friends loved. But after taking 2C-i we agreed it was better than x. The main visuals I had were a kaleidoscopic view in the sky, puddles saturating on the ground, and the flow of the space between grains/patterns. Conversations flowed very easily making jokes simple to create and hysterical to laugh at. All in all I would give it a 3 on the Shulgin scale! : )
 
Piper I have also experienced the strong strobe effect. It happened 6 seperate times in red and possibly green I can't remember. It was oddly amazing.
 
This is very subjective, and I realize it changes for most people, but I have a question for you somewhat experienced 2C-I trippers:

Is a 15 mg dose of 2C-I an overall more intense trip than a 3.5 (eighth) gram mushroom trip?

once again i know it differs but id like to hear any opinions related to strength in that sense...
