25 mg 2C-I - 2nd time - A warm and wonderful climb up the stairway of light
Yesterday I tried 2C-I for the second time. First time at 20 mg was pleasant, but 25 mg last night was just better in every way. I would not discourage research in the 25 mg range. Taken orally, the onset was incredibly smooth, there was no unpleasantness. The 2C-I just crept in slowly until by 1.5 hours it started to really pick up.
There was no 'chemical' feeling to the 2C-I. It felt quite earthy and natural. Colours were gorgeous, more natural and muted than 4-AcO-DET for instance, which tends to be shiny and metallic visually. Appetite was decent, and I cooked a great meal during the adventure, which is something I like to do in order to give all my senses a thrill. Like music can translate into visions during synasthesia, so can taste and smell, etc.
It was a happy holy trip, a warm and wonderful climb up the stairway of light. By the third hour it was time to listen to some of the most potent music I could find, like Magma's Mekanik Destruktiw Kommandoh, and Robert Wyatt's Rock Bottom. Music of great depth just shines at these levels, every note an ode to creation played through the core of one's being.
As the voyage progressed, I felt as though I could see more and more of space-time from my tiny vantage point. Music translated directly into visuals, and I could watch the music as well as hear it. Seeing the music beginning and ending in the whole of space-time made me feel like I was watching a message FROM Shiva TO Shiva. That MDK is sung in an invented language rendered the experience as un-earthbound as it could be.
That existence occurs within an infinite field was made readily apparent. Everything that starts and stops must do so within this amazing and indescribable force- some call it God, some Shiva, and others say Budda. And so on.
The building to the peak was actually a visual inclusion of more and more "stuff" as I went along. What I seemed to be seeing was an accrual of space-time, a gathering up of universes all laid bare for me to witness. And there always seemed to be room for more in my field of vision. Another nod to the nature of the infinite.
Things settled down as slowly as they had begun, after five or six hours, and I was left in awe of both the compound and the wonder of existence. This was a superior trip, up there with the best I've had, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend trying 2C-I to anyone. The 25 mg dosage was rich, glorious and fantastical. Anyone comfortable with leaving themselves behind for a little while should enjoy it. I would even consider going to 30 mg another time, depending upon the situation.
