Hi,

can anyone confirm weather 2C-E is legal or illegal in australia (more specifically Queensland) cant seem to find and firm answers.

Illegal, otherwise it would be everywhere. Its either listed as a controlled substance or its a analogue, which is also illegal. Will jump on comp to look at federal law list, either way state to state laws regarding drugs are very similar, to avoid loopholes between states
 
2,5 Dimethoxy 4 iodophenethylamine (2C-I) is a border controlled substance, 2C-E would be classified under analogue laws therefore illegal to import or own. can be charged with importing a border controled substance or posessing a border controlled substance. This is at a Federal Level, however its not to say there isnt a state law regarding that, which specificly lists 2C-E. I have found it very diffcult to find state laws listing substances, however it would be safe to assume that federal law and state law regarding these substances would be very similar, and that a judge wouldnt let you off easy if you tried to argue its not a analogue
 
Cheers for the information. Yeah couldnt find anything specifically listing 2C-E. like its been said, just wishful thinking!
 
Probably the best drug I've tryed. A gram lasted us nearly a year. Only just moved to oz and debating wether to get one sent over! any feedback from anyone who has successfully ordered anything similar form abroad would be appreciated!?
 
QLD has analogue laws similar to the Federal laws. Most states do I believe, with the exception of Victoria? There was a news article about the situation there a while back.

that rules 2C-E out as im assuming 2C-B is sceduled and 2C-E has similar but stronger effects.

The more drugs they make illegal, the more people take these legal high pills and powders. these are far more dangerous than and 'real drugs' and much more likely to give you a heart attack or internal damage. the goverment dont realise that people will always look for that something extra so the more it is criminalised then the more of these drugs will appear. all of which could be solved by the legalisation and regulation of ecstacy. And I believe this will eventually be the next step forward (or backwards however you look at it) and we will see a country do this. All caused by scaremongering and miseducation whilst at school etc and kids thinking they are looking at safer alternatives.

second to that. most rcs are illegal under federal laws does not mean that small quantities all get stopped. its just the risk you take. usually if its small its justr a customs letter stating if you want to debate it or if left undebated it will be destroyed.
 
Either way there are blue/white and blue/clear capsules of this going around QLD. clear enders range from 15-20mg and the white enders are 10mg. Be weary of the limited edition orange/blue caps as they are 25-30mg. So inexperienced users beware!
