2C-E Weak Trip: Round II

Two weekends ago my girlfriend and I dosed on 12 mg of 2ce. After 1.5 hrs my girl was getting full on visuals and I was getting nothing, so I redosed with another 4 mg for a total of 16mg. Finally about an hour or so after that I started to get mediocre music and music sounded incredible. we just sat around her apartment talking about life, smoking cigs, listening to primus, and playing with my airsynth (I highly recommend this instrument for tripping). Overall we had a good time, but it wasn't nearly as profound or visual as I've always read about.

The following weekend (last weekend), I took 18 mg and my girlfriend took 12mg since she was very very satisfied with that dose. Within an hour she was getting visuals again and a pretty full on trip. I didn't feel anything for at least 2.5 hrs. She decided that she wanted to watch The Big Lebowski while we (she) was tripping. I put it in and finally I start to get some visuals. It still was nothing great, but I feel like I was way too confined, having to focus on the tv and the amazing movie's plot. Finally the movie was over and we listened to Ozric Tentacles, Primus, and A Perfect Circle. The music was much more enjoyable than the film, but the trip was no more powerful than my 16mg trip. Overall the trip had a bad vibe and I got really really sick of being indoors, but my girlfriend didn't feel like going outside, which started to aggrevate me.

I've concluded that I don't think I ever want to trip indoors again unless I'm by myself. It's frustrating being limited by tv when your partner is really adament on doing so. Next time I plan on going out to the North Georgia mountains and tripping out there. I noticed that on the 2 times I did mescaline, the first trip was indoors and was pretty weak. The 2nd time I did it was outdoors at a park, on a slightly lower dosage, and the trip was at least twice as profound and fun. Hopefully this will be the case with 2ce

On a side note, my girlfriend said that 12mg was much more intense on the 2nd trip than the first, confirming the reverse tolerance theory. My question is: why didn't 18mg feel that much more than 16mg if reverse tolerance is so apparent?

Try to combine it with deprenyl if you wanna have mor bang for you money :)

I think that will get you a blast lasting the whole day and maybe next day too

Just be carefull man!

Ive heard its gonna make the trip very intense, strong and long
 
I certainly wouldn't go and start mixing RC's with other drugs just to get more for your money. You may just be very hardheaded to it. I have taken up to 35mg on several occasions (which has raised some eyebrows around here), but even at 16mg I get a very strong trip. I hate to be the one that says it because everyone has questioned myself and other hardheads like MagicKat777 about this, but... purity? 18mg is enough for the vast majority of people. Are you extremely tolerant to other PEA's?

Ive read Deprenyl/Selegiline combined with 2C-I and 2C-B with great result

It would be like a synthetic Ayahuasca, Selegiline is a Mao-B inhibator but without the "cheese" effect :)

I think Nanobrain tried Selegiline with 2C-I with no problem, please correct me if im wrong
 
Hmm everyones brains are wired differently. 2C-E is pretty damn potent to most people and 12mg would give alot of people a fairly nice and maybe intense experience.
 
I just did 14mg of the "fluffy" 2C-E, and I while I tripped HARD I was perpetually filled with the feeling that I was experiencing anything close to it's power. I was a little disappointed, and am hoping that 18mg will yield better results.
 
I too got very mild effects off 20mg of 2C-E. Next time I'm trying 28mg, so we'll see if that works a little better. So far I've been less than impressed with this chemical, but I usually have to take much higher doses with everything else, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was all I had to do with this one.
 
I've said it before and I'll say it again, 2C-E is highly variable. All my trips have been between 16mg and 20mg, but they have varied in intensity by practically an order of magnitude. And I've tripped as hard or harder off 16mg as off 20mg.

My advice is to keep trying, and don't immediately assume you need a higher dose. If you still haven't gotten good effects after 4 or 5 times at one dose, then think about upping it.
 
a very reliable sources stated that anything under 20 is a waste of time and substance... 20mg plus weed should be a nice time (unless you are tolerant.. try 30?)

15 was a waste of time... 45 was my next attempt and highly successful
 
wtf? very reliable sources i know state otherwise. if your sources are crazy people that for some reason need ungodly high doses than maybe you shouldn't be advocating this "information".
 
weelll...i dont believe that 2ce is a substance for a classic trip that most people are accustomed to.. it is a rc that should not be taken unless you can handle id say a strong acid trip of over 400 or like 18-20g fresh mushrooms... or at least if you do not have such experience.. get an experienced sitter who has taken 2ce at high levels before...

and perhaps, instead of saying we are crazy, maybe you should stick with a lighter substance that is easier to handle like tma2 or 2cb or 2ci for the time being until you can handle it?

i am not advocating a hgh dos either... the person that said 20 is nice took upwards of 100 so... im only saying that perhaps it is best to only take 2ce when you are truely able to get something profound out of it and use it to its full potential instead just looking for a "weird trippy time"..

the substance is highly variable yes. 15 barely affected me and didnt do anything to a friend however 40 and 45mg of tma2 didnt affect him so much either

it is not that im am tolerant to low doses i just think that the lower doses are somewhat boring and unenlightening.... i tripped off 15 yes.. but it wasnt not worth my time.. years ago it probably would have been a good experience
 
I've done LSD doses of at least 500mics and 7dried grams of mushrooms, BTW 18-20g fresh mushrooms is a small dose, and I would not even dream of taking 45mg of 2C-E at least for a very long time. it may work for you, but don't think that it's advice that you should give to everyone, especially since many people find that 20mg and less is sufficient for a very powerful experience.
 
mmm well 18-20 might be small if your dealing with mexicans... but then again i was taking copelandia... which, at least for me are 2-3x stronger than the normal mexican you would find at a university or in christiania... there it was suggested .5g dry is a good amount for copelandia while 1.5-3g dry is better for the mexican variety...

so right... to each his own... and i was just adding a perspective of different tolerences and aims people have... i honestly prefer no music by myself lights out when i trip just thinking

however,.. i wouldnt be surprised if you enjoyed stronger doses on 2ce as you sound quite experienced... it is most definately worth checking out...
of course like you said, wait some time.. believe me years ago i used to trip quite often with acid usually on 300- maybe 600/700 planes it is qiute hrd to judge if you dont know the exact strength but assuming 5 hits of a quality blotter...... then i took a break for like 3 yrs.. read and thought a lot... then i started again and i could experience things that i would have never been able to handle years before... thats all i have to say on this subject... you be the judge you know yrself so do what you will.. im not trying to brain wash or influence anybody.. so dont get so offended..
