Another good point is if it's M-cat or 4-MMC you could be left coming down whilst your still tripping which wouldn't be very pleasant and 4-MMC is very fiendish.

Yep, one should also remember that the stimulant effect from 4-mmc & its metabolites lasts hours longer than the euphoria so re-dosing continuously is dangerous and it's through re-dosing that a lot of users report severe vasoconstriction, chest pains etc. Add these side effects to a psychedelic experience and it's a recipe for anxiety and a bad night...

Also you should try and find out if it is MCat like you said in the title or whether it is 4-MMC like you said in the post.

The problem is VB that 4MMC caps are being pushed/sold as meow meow, so it is very confusing for all.

It would be nice if dealers actually knew what they were selling and identified them properly.

Mind you it would be nice if MDMA was decriminalised . . . and while I am on that list of would be nice items . . . . . .

That is fine as 4-MMC is commonly known as meow meow so there is no misrepresentation there. I was concerned about the 4-MMC being called MCat.

Fair enough, I guess the confusing thing is that I believe in the UK, Meow is MCat!
