2C-E Light headed/borderline blackout.

Hi. So I am pretty well experienced with RC's and psychedelics. I've done 2C-I over 100 times, along with DOC and most other phenethylamines. Lately, I have been taking about 25mg of 2C-E once every weekend. I am in college, so my eating hasn't been the healthiest. I hadn't eaten for about a day before the first time this happened. The morning of the incident I had a caffeinated drink, and nothing else to eat. Then that night I took 33mg of 2C-E in a capsule. The come up was normal, but I was "smoking" an eCigarette the whole time. Then about an hour and a half in, it felt like all of the pressure in my body flew to the top of my head in a swift rush. The only other time I have felt that is at the very moment before passing out where everything turns white. Well I somehow took some deep breaths, turned off my music, and calmed down, but I was sure I was about to black out. For the rest of that trip, I was worried it might happen again. It's now been 2 weeks and I took 30mg tonight, and I am starting to get the strange light headed feeling. Is this a warning that I could be harming myself? Or is light headedness somewhat of a symptom that I am just pushing over the edge with bad nutrition? I would really appreciate some help as 2C-E is my favorite way to communicate with myself, and I don't want to lose the privilege.
Thanks. :D

When does the light headedness subside? If it's after you nibble on something, food is your remedy!

If food didn't do the trick, then once every weekend may be a bit much...

Anyway, healthy food in the right amounts won't hurt you, whatever you do!

Usually it comes with the peak, and lingers throughout the whole trip until I come down. So any time during the lingering it feels like I could just black out. I will definitely try to tone it down. I thought maybe leaving 2 weeks in between would help but it didn't. When I eat it doesn't go away either, I just get a little more nauseous unfortunately. Haha. If I had weed I would smoke that, but instead I've been using e cigarettes which is what I feel like might be a cause.

Same thing has happened to me twice on 4 aco dmt. Blacked out properly. Both times I hadn't eaten and I hadn't taken my medication for Addison's disease which is cortisol which primary functions are to increase blood sugar through gluconeogenesis and metabolise carbohydrates. So I'd say this was due to low blood sugar in my case. As for you, it is quite possibly the same thing. However, you are taking a lot of 2-ce regularly. Might be worth slowing down and coming back to it in a bit. But who am I to judge.

The times I got the light head were from the eCigarette juice without nicotine which is what I found strange. But I will definitely take your advice. It'll be interesting to not trip every weekend. I guess my body is just getting mad at me for treating it badly. My mood is usually very sporadic, so you might be on to something there. Haha. Thank you!

Well explained, and I relate, G-Tripper! Boy, do I.

Right now I'm actually causing my grief by actually eating healthy foods. 5-MEO-DALT seems to cause severe gastric distress that makes me really anxious.

BUT -- that feeling you get, about to blackout? That's from a massive rush of neruotransmitters, serotonin especially, and it's disassociative for a moment, right before the euphoria, which usually involves a lengthy period of simply experiencing.

And this:

Nicotine might be culpable, it can produce more profound/noticeable effects than we smokers tend to remember.

Poor nutrition and tripping so frequently isn't gonna be good for the quality of your trips or your mood either, I reckon.

Is spot on. I don't get near the "I'm going into respiratory failure" effect anymore since I quit smoking a few years ago.

Wow. That actually explains a lot. I'll have to cut out the nicotine and hopefully tone down my psych use. It was strange because right as I was taking deep breaths to not black out it felt like I was literally reliving a memory when I fell over as a kid and my parents were telling me to take deep breaths. All together a strange feeling. Haha.

Yeah man, when I blacked out the second time it was an intense trip. My whole vision turned to hallucinations and I had no idea that I had fallen over. My girl fried was like, are you alrigh, and I said yeah i'm great, just tripping. Took me a while to realise that I had collapsed and been unconscious for a few minutes.
