I've taken 2C-E around 25 times, perhaps more. The first few times I did 2C-E, as I was coming up there would often be sharp flashes of pain through my upper abdomen (specifically the section between my third rib from the bottom and my bellybutton). These always felt identical to the kinds of pain I associate with having gas. They were predominantly on the left side of my body, but twice I noticed them in the right side. However, I've read here and in other places that unusual bodily pains are a common part of "body load", so the pain never concerned me after I'd acknowledged it. Lately, I never really get that particular pain anymore.
However, I am very used to 2C-E's effects these days, and I've experienced what I'd consider psychosomatic effects, which have involved chest pains among other things. The reason that I think these chest pains were psychosomatic is because they have always been preceded by a corresponding mental stimulus (thinking "I could have a heart attack" brought on chest pains, thinking about how bad my smoking habit is for me right before I started feeling like I needed to cough, which continued for the next half hour). I know it's probable that many of these reports of chest pains are actually serious issues though.
