2c-e and 2c-p and rc vendors

I've noticed how 2c-e has become a bit more rare amongst rc vendors. A few years ago most of them had it. Now it's been replaced by 2c-p in many places. Anyone know what could be behind this?

it's illegal in the USA now along with some other 2c's (T-2, T-7, I, D, C)

I'm afraid we don't allow availability discussion in PD, sorry. I imagine it's to do with scheduling in the US dropping demand.
