Little about me: Thoroughly enjoy psychedelics, am somewhat experienced with LSD and more so with mushrooms. Am looking for psychedelics to 'party' with as I am usually checking out the drum & bass scene in my city. I have grown too tired of MDMA, ketamine is unappealing to me and blow is just not gonna happen. Aside from looking for compounds to bring to the dance floor, I am testing these out for personal/spiritual purposes as well. Right now trying 2C-X's, of which I have tried 2C-B (x1) 2C-I (x2) and 2C-E (x2, as of today).
This is my 2nd time with this chemical, first dose was last Saturday with a dose between 16-20mg. seemed around 18mg based on reports I have read, the whole trip was pretty much indistinguishable from 2-3 hits of moderate acid (sorry for the ambiguity, visuals were not so intense let's just put it that way).
This trip today was far more interesting visually. I ingested between 24-26mg (mg scale, but not greatest quality) dissolved in cold filtered water. I had eaten some leftovers 2 hours prior to dosing but this was not enough to even be considered a light meal. Within 20 minutes I was feeling something and I was noticing slight visual warping. As I was noticing these I started to feel quite sick. I have never felt nauseous from coming up before so I spent the next hour watching TV and laying down. After an hour of watching The Office the sick feeling in my stomach went away and I could move around no problem. During this come up phase I noticed audio distortions, I could not understand what was being said on the TV unless I was listening to them directly.
The visuals were very heavy and up to the usual acid like business, lights seemed to 'shudder' and dim and brighten. Aside from those, the room I was in seemed to be 'misty' and many 'string'-like visuals were noticed. Right after the initial comeup I noticed some muscle spasms in my legs but they went away after T+2. The visuals were very enjoyable, however, I didn't find this chem to be overly thought provoking like some user accounts I have read (I am at a very happy place with my life right now and have no pressing issues I need to deal with, so that may have something to do with it).
Throughout the trip I went from watching TV/noticing visuals to playing on my computer to playing the upright bass. Playing seemed very fluid and I wanted to mess around on it longer than I normally would. Aside from the obvious visual distractions, my playing was not hindered by this compound.
At about +3:30 I decided to make something to eat. I made instant rice and a porkchop and was fairly easy to make and had no problem eating all of it. The food may have tasted better but it's hard to say, it certainly was delicious though.
Had some applesauce that was very sweet and tasty at about +5.
It's now +7 hours after dosing and visuals are basically at baseline, very slight morphing, no light dimming. The headspace seemed 'lighter' than LSD (my head generally feels 'crowded/busy' on LSD and even more so on mushrooms) and my emotions seem a lot less unaltered than they would have been on LSD or zoomers. I felt I could function a lot easier than had I been on an equal dose of LSD (to produce the same visuals). Overall the experience was AWESOME, smoking some herb would have been prime but alas I'm broke and only have tasty chems to cram down my gullet. Too bad because weed seems like it would have boosted the experience quite a bit. Next time I try this stuff it will be at a larger dose, probably 30-32 mg, maybe spaced out in 2 doses to avoid the nausea, but who knows if that'll work!
