Do you know if this rectal dose thing is a general trend among other psychedelics? Will half the oral dose of other 2C-x compounds work in the same way?

In my experience, it is. I have tried every psychedelic I had access to rectally. They all experience a double in potency. Duration seems to differ, though. I find that generally duration is a bit shorter than oral but longer than nasal.

The only exceptions to this are drugs that are largely affected by gut MAO - namely, 5-MeO-DMT and DPT. In the former there seems to be absolutely no activity and in the latter, just like with oral, it seems less active than nasal but definitely active nontheless. I have yet to take DMT on its own (Ayahuasca is most definitely active) rectally, but I feel it would be a waste.
