On the topic of 2C-B, it should not be combined with aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) inhibitors since the active dose of 2C-B is already very low.

- Coprine from the common inkcap mushroom (Coprinopsis atramentaria)
- food-based (eg durian, starfruit, diallyl trisulfide from garlic, daidzin from Kudzu, pomegranate, menthol)
- reversible inhibitors (eg alcohol, aldehydes from cinnamon, cumin, anise, vanilla, almond)
