2c-b+mdma effects- please help!

Someone i know recently took 2c-b mixed with mdma for the first time, dose unknown but it may have been high, and it's been over 24 hours since then and he's still experiencing anxiousness and a swelling feeling in his head. He read somewhere that some people never come down completely from the 2c-b, and he's very scared that that might happen to him. Can anyone offer insight and advice? Normally we'd stay far away from this stuff, this was taken on accident.

What were the dosages? Were the substances tested?
I really like 2cb, and never had a problem mixing with MDMA(well, I've done it two times )
I haven't heard of anyone who never came down from a drug once the effects were over. He may have some comedown symptoms which made him worried and anxious. Eat some light food, get some rest, a hot bath can do wonders. Treat it like a regular comdown.
